We hired Pinnacle to clean our couch and Luis showed up. Luis worked diligently the entire time he was there and he didn’t stop until every single spot was removed. I reached out to Pinnacle about getting several things cleaned in my house before the arrival of our little one. Houston came in first and cleaned the carpet in my two bedrooms, Dylan and Ryder came back at a later date and cleaned the couch, rug and tile/grout. I recently called pinnacle carpet cleaning and restoration solutions to clean the carpet and furniture in my home, they accommodated my very busy schedule and came promptly!! The guy came promptly and was very professional and friendly, he took the time to tell me how they did it and what they were going to do, they tackled every stain with precision and care. I was impressed with how they were able to get up some stains I thought to be permanent. The pricing was way better than any competitor and I feel the work was well worth it!! Pinnacle Carpet cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. Guy was able to answer all of my questions, schedule us quickly, and gave us a very reasonable price. Master handled everything very professionally, was on time, and very thorough with our cleaning. Do I need to move my furniture?

Pinnacle will move most furniture at no additional cost to the customer. Insurance will not allow us to move some items of high value such as china cabinets, antiques, etc.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry?

Your specific drying time is contingent on your home’s ventilation i.e. Ceiling fans, thermostat control, and airflow. Most air-conditioned homes dry within 4 hours. Pinnacle utilizes state-of-art equipment providing you rapid drying times to cut that time down for you in case of company.

How do I protect my carpet against future stains?
