I’m renovating a house in Perry Florida that had been vacant for quite some time and really needed the air ducts cleaned. Pinnacle Restoration gave me a fair quote, and I was impressed by how quick and easy the whole process was. Hunter and Guy were awesome! Prompt and very professional. They were informative through the entire process. Hunter was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous. Brandon did an incredible job on my upholstery! ETA’s were given and updated throughout the day, even with a very slight change in the arrival time, and the job was done very efficiently. He was also respectful about the space and items he was working with and made sure I was happy with the job before departing.

Called after hours for emergency. Pinnacle Carpet Cleaning and Restoration had guys here in 1 hr. Handled everything and rebuilt are home in 2 weeks. Can’t exaggerate how good they really are.

Ryder and Rod did an amazing job cleaning some extremely dirty carpets in the house we just got. They were punctual, detailed and did a solid job. They took the time to work hard on set in stains and really made the floors look really good. Would definitely recommend them to anyone and hire them again.

Guy came out after midnight and helped save our drywall and flooring after an unexpected flood. I reached out to Pinnacle about getting several things cleaned in my house before the arrival of our little one. Houston came in first and cleaned the carpet in my two bedrooms, Dylan and Ryder came back at a later date and cleaned the couch, rug and tile/grout. Pinnacle Carpet cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. Guy was able to answer all of my questions, schedule us quickly, and gave us a very reasonable price. Master handled everything very professionally, was on time, and very thorough with our cleaning. We had some urine stains from a new puppy he was able to remove those along with making the carpets look brand new! I highly recommend Pinnacle and will be using them again in the near future.
