I reached out to Pinnacle about getting several things cleaned in my house before the arrival of our little one. Houston came in first and cleaned the carpet in my two bedrooms, Dylan and Ryder came back at a later date and cleaned the couch, rug and tile/grout. I recently called pinnacle carpet cleaning and restoration solutions to clean the carpet and furniture in my home, they accommodated my very busy schedule and came promptly!! The guy came promptly and was very professional and friendly, he took the time to tell me how they did it and what they were going to do, they tackled every stain with precision and care. Pinnacle Carpet cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. Guy was able to answer all of my questions, schedule us quickly, and gave us a very reasonable price. Master handled everything very professionally, was on time, and very thorough with our cleaning. We had some urine stains from a new puppy he was able to remove those along with making the carpets look brand new! I highly recommend Pinnacle and will be using them again in the near future. We had our carpets cleaned on February 5 and February 6th at our courtyard Marriott located in Valdosta which have 52 rooms plus two seating areas with carpet and two board room Mr. Lee and Mr. Houston gave us excellent service and finished in an unbelievable timely manner we really appreciate their service highly recommend
